Shipping Policy

Orders are fulfilled for the United Kingdom in accordance with the delivery options shown at checkout and on our Shipping & Delivery page.

UK delivery options

• Standard 48hrs — £2.99, or free on orders of £20 or more.
• Express 24hrs — £3.59.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM UK time, Monday to Friday, are processed and dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after that time, on weekends or public holidays, are processed the next available business day. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or due to carrier delays outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

If a delivery is delayed or confirmed lost by the carrier, contact support@aevincare.com with your order number. Confirmed lost orders will be reshipped or refunded.
